The work.
Built for a season and beyond
Performance psychology built exclusively for motorsport. Not borrowed from another discipline. Not surface-level technique. Built for this world, from the inside with doctoral-level training and research.
All work begins with a conversation – to understand where you are, what you’re working with, and what the right arrangement looks like for your season.
Limited number of drivers and riders supported each season.
Tier 1 - Foundation
One hour, once a week. Online.
This is the core of the work – consistent, structured, and built across your season rather than delivered in a single hit. Each session is shaped around where you are right now: the pressure you’re carrying, the patterns showing up, the next race on the horizon.
For competitors who are ready to go beneath the surface and do the real work.
From £65 per session, billed monthly.
Budgets in motorsport are rarely straightforward – if you’d like to have an honest conversation about what’s workable, I’d always welcome that. Just get in touch.
Tier 2 - Trackside
Everything in Foundation, plus a physical presence at agreed race weekends.
Some of the most important psychological work happens not in a session room but in the paddock – in the hours before, the moments between, the debrief after. Being there changes the quality of the work.
Travel and accommodation are arranged separately. The number of weekends is agreed at the start and built into your season plan.
Session work and trackside arrangements discussed individually.
Tier 3 - Retained
Not a session. A season.
This is a different kind of arrangement entirely. As a retained practitioner, I become part of your performance infrastructure for the duration of the season – someone who knows you and is available when it matters.
What this looks like in practice: agreed race weekends built in from the start, between-session availability for calls and check-ins, priority in my diary always, and the kind of psychological continuity that only comes from working with someone across an entire season rather than in isolated moments.
For competitors – or teams – who understand that consistent psychological support isn’t a luxury. It’s a competitive advantage.
Retained arrangements are agreed individually.
What happens next
A conversation first – no obligation, no pitch. From there: understanding where you are, agreeing the right shape for your season, and starting the work.
Simple as that.
