What you can expect

Step 1: Free Initial Call (20-30 minutes)
We’ll start with a free, informal call to understand your goals and challenges. This is a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for my approach and establish whether you think I’m the right person to support you.
From here we’ll arrange your first session.

Step 2: First session (45 mins-1 hour)
During this session we’ll delve into the specific areas you’d like to improve and you’ll tell me about who you are, your motivations, your aspirations and goals. This session helps us create a roadmap for your success, but remember this often unfolds as we go.

Step 3: Building your support (sessions 3-5)
Based on your goals and wants, we’ll begin with 3-5 personalised sessions all aimed at supporting your personal and professional development.

Step 4: Review and Progress (session 6)
This is generally a good place to reflect. We’ll take a step back to discuss what’s working well, areas for further development, and adjust the route if needed.

Step 5: Continued Support
Everyone is unique, so remember this is a general roadmap. For some clients, our work ends here, for others their project is only just beginning.
