My experience in grief and bereavement support, occupational psychology, and sport and exercise psychology has shown me the power of connection and self-understanding in overcoming challenges and achieving TOP performance. I am passionate about helping you reach new heights by empowering you to build resilience, focus, and motivation.

Beyond the Job
I’m a passionate sports fan. When I’m not helping athletes reach their TOP performance, you can find me cheering them on from the side-lines or trackside. From tennis to F1 I’ll take it all!
Beyond sports I love travelling and exploring new places with my partner. At home, I cherish long walks and running in the South Downs with my crazy Cockers, Summer and Willow, and spending quality time with my family and loved ones. Throw in a spontaneous road trip, delicious food, and a glass of wine, and you’ve got my perfect day right there. Music is another passion; I’m a Spotify addict (top 0.1% globally according to my Spotify wrapped) and I will listen (and sing, and dance) to just about anything – on my to do list is schedule out some time for festivals!
Ultimately, my love for people and sports is what drives me. Combining the two in my work is incredibly rewarding.
