The Pit Wall
At The Oneness Project, excellence is born in alignment – where mind, body, and environment converse. I believe performance isn’t a destination but a lived process, and that meaningful growth happens when we bring curiosity to the inner terrain.

Athlete experiences of trauma and understanding the potential for trauma-informed environments.
I’m Elena Sopp, and my path to performance psychology was shaped by deep fascination – not just by what elite performers do, but by who they become in the process. I’ve watched motorsport in awe: split-second decisions, controlled aggression, composure under chaos. Always wondering, “What’s happening inside the person behind the wheel?”
My experience spans sport, occupational settings, and work with people processing grief and change. I bring that breadth into performance psychology: accepting complexity, and always seeking authenticity over simplicity.
I have worked with athletes, drivers, and teams across competitive environments, using research-informed practices adapted to the demands of high-stakes performance.
My belief is that no single framework fits everyone. My role is not to prescribe, but to co-navigate with you what works in your unique world.
Together, we explore:
Our work might be calm or intense, reflective or active; sometimes individual, sometimes systemic. Always rooted in trust, curiosity, and a shared commitment to growth beyond the track.
Performance doesn’t end when the session does – it’s a way of living.
I strive to embody the same principles I bring to my work: presence, reflection, connection, and curiosity. Whether I’m travelling, observing, or simply walking through the English countryside, I’m always exploring what it means to live with purpose and composure.
My life outside the consultancy continually informs my practice – reminding me that balance, awareness, and joy are as essential to performance as focus and drive.
Whatever your sport, story, or ambition – The Oneness Project is where it all comes together.
